Aryan is a paled-skin person, the term originally hails from Europe. The "perfect" Aryan has blonde hair, blue eyes and pale skin.

Not exactly. The Aryan religion was that of a perfect race yes, BUT they had to be of a certain blood. Hitler believed that he was part of a lost civilization. He measured skulls, and height of the places that he searched and they all were closely related in size. Hitler also believed that he could create a perfect race that would defeat all other races. But the word Aryan means "noble" or "honorable" and was believed that it was a larger race of people. Mostly European and Western Asian heritage.  Max Müller was the first documented person to write about the heritage. "The Science of Language and the Science of Man cannot be kept too much asunder ... I must repeat what I have said many times before, it would be wrong to speak of Aryan blood as of dolichocephalic grammar" 
     The race also later became classified as a Nordic race, as some archaeologists and anthropologists would believe.
