You're probably supposed to get it into y=mx+b form. So distribute the 1/4, and subtract two from both sides of the equation, and you're done.

It says im supposed to graph it. Im not sure how to get my point so i can graph it

If you get it into y=mx+b form m will be the line's slope, and b will be its y intercept (where the line crosses the y axis).
