Were the changes that resulted from the women's movement mostly positive or mostly negative? What changes still need to take place to establish equality for women? (5 points)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I'd say positive. It promoted more gender equality, and the fact that women were in fact, were not inferior to men, but equals. To further establish equality for women...Hm. I'd say equal wages for men and women, because men usually get more wages than women...

Yes more feminist legislation, lets destroy the family and feminize young boys.

Alright, there is a such thing as feminazi's BUT, that's not okay for you to say that. It's a choice really for guys to do whatever the hell they want first of all, not girls. The fact that we don't get equal pay is just ridiculous. It's like what if the only thing that you're good at is painting nails, and you go to a nail saloon and they only give you half of what they make because you're a guy. and what you're doing isn't a guy thing usually. It could also be used in the same way as barber shops. Everyone gets haircuts but we see it as a feminine thing more than a guy thing. What if you only got paid half of what you should get just because you're a guy; and girls would seem better to do that job no matter what you say or how hard you work for your pay. Literally, we just let women go into infantry in the army not too long ago. People are starting to realize that they're just the same as anybody else; and your opinion on the matter "destroy families and feminize young boys" Is just really idiotic and ignorant. Guys can do whatever the hell they want as long as it doesn't involve discriminating females for no reason at all. Go ahead and put on a skirt and shave your legs, but girls aren't obligated too. The only families that are getting destroyed here are yours by your really ignorant opinion on women.

Here yet another lemming, too much of an intellectual ever to be wrong, because of course the State is the all mighty God.
