yep she can stop it by slowly taking less and lesser amount and finally she can be free. e.g in first week half the amount in second week little less than half after another week quarter and so on. @roha

well depends on which type of sleeping pills are you taking. Can you tell me the name of the sleeping pills and it's manufacturer name like GSK or abbot etc? I can tell then what dosage is safe. But the best way is to a doctor's consultation.
