@Tazmaniadevil: Notice how you're not getting any more responses? Wonder why?

(1) Several individuals have suggested actions on your part, but you have not followed a single suggestion: "Post one question at a time," "learn to take and share screen shots," "Think of this as a box you're folding," and so on), yet you have not done any of these things.
(2) In addition, you keep complaining about how hard everything is, and how you don't know how to do this or that. (You could actually follow the advice given you on how to take and share a screen shot.)
(3) You're asking for help with 20 questions at once.
(4) You haven't explained any of your reasoning in trying to solve any of the problems.
(5) I see no evidence that you're following your teacher's advice. (He/she suggests that you refer to certain pages in your book.)

If you really want help, and are willing to some work yourself, then re-post question #1 and explain what you have done. Then someone may be in a better position to give you helpful suggestions on how to finish this problem on y our own./
