yes your answer is right but the fourth one is also doubtful when do we make another circle we just use three points to draw a circle then we use a pints to make two cuts with the compass (open at the lenght equal to radius) at the circumference and join these cuts through radius and then the two cuts and mutually joined to the pint we used to draw cuts   i know it's diffucult to understand but i can't show more easily without paper word hope it help
