Gravitational waves discovered.. Discussion http://www.theguardian.com/science/2014/mar/23/primordial-gravitational-waves-tantalising-cosmic-birth-big-bang what do you think about this???? This is huge.. This can mean so many things.. but for me.. its GRAND UNIFICATION OF QUANTUM MECHANICS AND GENERAL RELATIVITY.. !! I can't believe I AM SOOO EXCITTEEDDD!!!

Thanks for sharing! :) This stuff is still beyond me, but not too far off! Let's hope we see some confirmation soon!

yea the details are beyond me too.. but the basic concept is simple.. just like electromagnetic wvave, is a wave of E and B fields gravitational wave is a wave of g field.. but.. since g is SOo pathetically weak, its very difficult to detect them.. and hence it could not be included in the quantum theory.. but now that it is being detected.. quantum theory has a future of including gravity :D
