When I arrive late to my house from my work, I like to relax in some way. In general, I listen to music and take a bath. I take my time, do it slowly. Then I sit down to read a novel for a bit, something that helps me feel better. I prepare something light to eat. Sometimes, I call a (female) friend to see a movie together or just simply talk. Before sleeping I take my dog for a walk. His name is Ciro. He is excellent company. When I finally fall asleep I am fully relaxed and prepared for everything of the next day.
