b. Solve the inequality you wrote in part a. Show all the steps.
c. Interpret the solution. What does the solution mean?

a. 6b + 4.60 > 11.50

b. 6b + 4.60 > 11.50 -- subtract 4.60 from both sides
6b > 11.50 - 4.60
6b > 6.9 -- divide both sides by 6
b > 1.15

c. the bagel (b) costs more then $1.15 because if it was less then 1.15, the inequality would not be true.
