I need help on how to round off a decimal to the nearest whole number in python. Say for example 15.045 to 15. And also rounding of 15.045 to 15.05. If anyone online studying MIT 6.00. I also want to know how to calculate total amount paid that year and remaining balance on Problem Set 1.

Have you tried roundIO?
round( x [, n] ) where 'x' is the number and 'n' is the places you would like rounded to. In your example you would use:
round(15.045, 0) or round(15.045, 2)
