*Will give medals!* What was one of the final straws that caused Congress to draft the Declaration of Independence? The Tea Act was passed. The Sugar Act was passed. The Stamp Act was passed. The Olive Branch Petition was rejected. I'm pretty sure it was one of the Intolerable Acts but I really don't know which one.....??

I believe that it was The Tea Acts which is one of the Intolerable Acts! ^.^ Because the colonists got really angry about that.

What's confusing is that the Sugar, Stamp, and Tea act were all Intolerable Acts which were all reasons that lead to the drafting of the Declaration of Independence. Thanks anyways though, it might be right but the others are possible as well.

Oh yeah, true but the Stamp Act was way in the beginning. The Sugar came after that one. The Tea Party was the final one that made the colonists angry

hmm I thought it was the drafting of common sense but that obviously inst one of your choices. so I would go with the stamp act!
