Problem Solving is based on the questions you answer Teamwork I think is fans and such Engagement I'm pretty sure is your questions(posts) you make.

yea pretty much what becca said :) Everything you do on the site will increase your smartscore. Some things will increase it at a higher rate than others. for example answering questions is a better way to increase smartscore than asking questions, or chatting. But everything is being taken into account when calculating the smartscore.
