This is a multiple step exponential growth problem, dealing with zombies, help would be amazing!! Zombies have infected WSU-V after 5 zombies escaped confinement in the science lab at 3:14 AM six hours after their escape there were 72 zombies on campus. Assuming an exponential increase write a function p(h) that represents the population (p) in terms of time in hours (h) If some one would be willing to walk me through this... this is just the first part

At time t = 0, when they escaped, the population was 5 zombies. At time t = 6 hours, the population was 72 zombies. You have an exponential growth equation, so it's going to be of the form Ae^(rt). A is your initial population, so A = 5, making the equation 5e^(rt). Next you want to find r. With stuff like this I always find it helpful to write the whole equation out: f(t) = 5e^(rt) With the given condition: f(6) = 5e^(6r) = 72. You can solve for r at this point just using algebra. Remember: ln(AB) = ln A + ln B. Hope this helped!

Thank you so much, this did help clear up a lot of confusion, again thanks!
