If you wouldn't mind taking a quick look... The snowflakes fall to the ground Whispering, softly, scarcely a sound Words flow like the river, Beckoning all the woodland creatures hither The snow it falls, the ice it cloaks The shrubs plants and old old oaks The bears they slumber but the snowflakes outnumber the birds. Because they’ve all flown To warm places unknown. a starter to the rest!

yes I did, one line "and spring herself awoke at dawn" is taken from a poem by robert frost, this piece was assigned by the teacher (as in we had to include one line from his poem) the rest is my own
