a) cos 3x = 0 = cos Pi/2 -> 3x = Pi/2 -> x = Pi/6
b) cos 3x = 0 = cos 3Pi/2 -> x = 3Pi/6
Check: If x = Pi/6, then 3x = Pi/2, then cos 3x = 0
If x = 3Pi/6, then 3x = 9Pi/6 = 3Pi/2 -> cos 3x = 0.
