I have to create a memo, which is a short to the point message, telling president Dwight D. Eisenhower of the potential problems that America could face after World war II. My memo has to address potential issues in foreign policy, and the relationship between the United States and Soviet Union. I have to recommend a course of action for the United States to pursue. For example, Should the country take a strong stance, and increase military programs and defense systems? Or should it take a more conciliatory attitude, and try to work out differences of opinion diplomatically?
