Herbivore mammals would include those domestic animals that graze, so we have cows and sheep.

Carnivore mammals would include those that prey on other animals, so we have lions, tigers, cougars etc.

Omnivores eat anything, and we are omnivores. Dogs and cats are also, as they eat what we do.

No doubt you can think of more.
