Break it up into smaller sections. Find the equivalent resistance of R2 and R3 (call it R2/3). They are in parallel. Then, find the equivalent resistance between R2/3 and R4. They are in series. Call it R2/3/4. That resistance is in parallel with R1. Find the equivalent resistance between R1 and R2/3/4. Call it R1/2/3/4. That new resistance will be in series with R5. Find the equivalent resistance of R5 and R1/2/3/4, and you will then have the equivalent resistance for the overall circuit.
