OpenStudy (anonymous):

how are position and time related inversely or directly

OpenStudy (anonymous):

directly proportional since time increases as the change in position of an object increases.

OpenStudy (whpalmer4):

\[x = s t\]so position and time are in direct variation, with \(s\) being the constant of variation.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

It really depends on what equation involving position and time we are talking about. Is the problem about how the two are related with respect to velocity? Acceleration?
