Cloud seeding is bad. Cloud seeding should not be funded in our community! Because it is an unnatural way of making the cloud produce rain. It hurts the natural flow of rain and can cause droughts where the rain is suppose to fall naturally. Is it normal to create precipitation in one place, thus preventing another place to get rain? Of course not!
