What states or areas in the country have the greatest concerns over immigration policy? Explain your response. The states in the country that have the greatest concerns over immigration policy are California, Florida, Texas, Illinois, New York, and New Jersey. This is because most of these states are along the border and it is easier for the people to get to these states rather than the states more towards the middle of the country.
