Yeah its B it might be A but I dont think so

Yes they are right because red cross only supports injured family's from hurricanes such as when sandy hit new york and it aint the 3rd one because thats where the originated things in states such as concerts or other things. and the 4th one is representing Cuba so yea ik its a part of it but  its always 1 group
