Am I right? I think it's B. Please help! /: Which statement best describes scientific laws? Scientific laws are the result of testing theories and proving them to be facts. Scientific laws interpret and explain natural events. Scientific laws describe phenomenon that can be observed in nature. Scientific laws explain scientists' opinions of why events occur in nature.

@kmullis6 I would say the answer is B, because a scientific law must be proven in order for it to become a law.
