No one is answering in science, and i really need help with this question ): PLEASE HELP?
Waves that make up the visible part of the electromagnetic spectrum have lower energy than X–rays. lower energy than microwaves. higher energy than gamma rays. higher energy than ultraviolet light.
is this a multiple choice question..?
yes it is @crm1997
im leaning torwards the second one..
i'm pretty sure it's not c.. i talked to my teacher earlier and she said they had the highest energy, but i'm not sure /:
I would have to say B.
oh. well now i'm confused because of what she said D:
It goes Radio, Microwaves, Infrared, Visible, Ultraviolet, X-rays, Gamma rays, high energy gamma rays.
no.. I lied.. radio waves.
Radio waves= weakest.. Gamma= stronger. that will be the last I use wikipedia. lol. xD
The answer is A as you go to the left the energy of a photon gets lower.
@kmullis6
@Cookiesncreame so what are you saying it is now?
A
x-rays have more energy than visible light rays.
Gamma rays are the first highest, then it's X-rays.. everything falls under X-ray.
so A? just wanna be sure @Cookiesncreame
Yes Ma'am.
ok thanks you guys. sorry i'm so out of it, i'm really tired lol :P i really appreciate it (: @Cookiesncreame @UnknownRandom
Good luck! :)
Yes. This will help you out!
sorry to bother you again but can i ask one more question? @UnknownRandom
Sure :)
Thanks! (: Which waves in the electromagnetic spectrum are considered high energy waves? radio waves and microwaves X–rays and gamma rays sound waves and light waves microwaves and X–rays
B
That's what I had, just wanted to make sure. Thanks again! @UnknownRandom
No problem! @kmullis6 Let me know if you need anything else.
It would be choice A which is lower than X rays. Not choice B because microwaves are lower on the EM spectrum. Not C because no light has a higher frequency than gamma rays. Not D because of how ultraviolet is just after violet that is visible
