find \(\frac{3\pi}{4}\) on the unit circle on the last page of the attached cheat sheet then look at the corresponding point the first coordinate is cosine, the second coordinate is sine

I know that sine is sqrt of 2 over 2 and the cosine sqrt of -2 over 2, but I'm trying to figure out if the tangent is -1 or 1...
