@dooman135 gives an excellent example of what some hispanics eat for lunch. La torta y un vaso de leche. Torta usually means flatbread and "un vaso de leche" means a cup of milk.

When someone asks you "Que comese en el almuerzo?", you have to answer: "Yo como _____ en el almuerzo." So, using @dooman135 's example it would be "Yo como torta y un vaso de leche en el almuerzo."
