(él/ella) escribirá
(usted) escribirá
(nosotros) escribiremos
(vosotros) escribiréis
(ellos) escribirán
(ustedes) escribirán

Regular verbs in the future tense are conjugated by adding the following endings to the infinitive form of the verb: -é, -ás, -á, -emos, -éis, -án. Observe where exactly you put those endings. ;)

Based on what I have told you, what do you think is the proper work to go in that blank?

Well I enbded up doing some research online and came to escrito, but I'm guessing that isn't correct.. Lol. Anyways I'm going to say escribirán?

I wonder how you came to "escrito"...that is not future tense at all. Well, that is the future perfect tense I think. And yes, it is "Ellos escribirán una carta a la novia.". :)
