Well unless the homecoming queen has to make decisions, rule the school, set up the rules and punish the people who don't follow, make peaceful treaties with her fellow "queens", and actually has a court to or council to help her manage things, then it cannot be compared at all. If it were more like her being the high school president I'd understand that.
