please help 1.What is a polynomial with a single root at x = -1 and a double root at x = 4? 2.What are all the real and complex roots of the polynomial x3 − 6x2 + 9x − 4, given that one root is x = 1? 3.Using ln(2)=.693, ln(3)=1.099, ln(a)=0.774, and ln(b)=2.094, compute the following

OpenStudy (solomonzelman):

for problem one, I would think that you just need to expand f(x)=(x+1)(x-4)(x-4) for problem two, (I don't want to do it entirely for you, so please tell me when you are done with problem 1, and then if you are (or not) ready to work problem 2 together. )

OpenStudy (jkbo):

@SolomonZelman number one I got this answer x3−7x2+8x+16
