There's no specific way to. You can trick your mind into wanting it to pay attention. You just need to find one thing and put focus into it.

Taking pills to focus is terrible for your body...Drugs are never the answer unless it has to do with medical things.

To focus, slap yourself. Jk :P Just constantly remind yourself of what you need to do. Think of the rewards that it will bring once you accomplish these things. Sometimes a short break is needed though to help one relax. But always remember that it is just a break; it has to end sometime. You have to snap back into it. I hope this helped!

Pills harms your body. You should try to train yourself to help you focus instead of relying on a pill to do this for you. And you would feel better knowing that you did this on your own. When taking a pill, you don't accomplish much on your own. It shows that you take responsibility. :)

Take a break after 3 hours of study.thats the time when you get crazy for 5-10 minutes then go back to study. It's like restating a computer.if you memory is full,you cannot absorb anything that's why you can't pay attention. If you still can't pay attention write what you are thinking then search it or do it during the 10minute break. Sleeping also helps. It is better to sleep in you can't really pay attention. It helps to refresh your brain...sorry for the typo
