Don't panic and get anxious (which can be avoided by studying). It is proven that your brain goes into survival mode which makes it harder to recall information.

I do study and when I take my test I feel very confident.

Well honestly, there's no specific ways to enforce you getting a good grade on your test. Studying, taking simple notes, and so on are great with remembering things. But remember, you have to be calm when you do the test. Usually if you study listening to music, in pjs, or eating something and you go to the test like that will help you remember what to do. It's like bringing you back to when you were studying.
