help plz plz plz z Hey can u help me with this An experiment consist of rolling two fair number cubes. Find the probability of each event? P(rolling two odd number)
Again, @jamanorthi, I'd recommend that you actually write out the possible outcomes of this experiment of tossing two fair, 6-sided number cubes (we call them dice). There are 36 such possible outcomes; for example, (1,1), (3, 6), ...., and this number 36 comes from multiplying 6 by 6: 6*6 = 36. Next, you need to determine how many of those 36 possible outcomes consist of two odd numbers; for example: (1, 1), 3,3), (5, 1), and so on. Then, as before, divide: Number of possible outcomes of 2 odd numbers ------------------------------------------ 36 possible outcomes from tossing 2 fair dice
