Again, plug-in the values and find which doesn't satisfy the situation for y = 4x.
for example : A) 0,0 here x= 0 and y=0 So, put in y = 4x 0 = 4(0) 0 = 0 which is obviously true. So, A) can not be our answer. Similarly do for other options and find the answer.

If you'd make a table of values (x as independent variable and y = 4x as dependent variable, and then let x = 1, 2, 3, 4, etc., you'll see that every time x increases, y also increases. This fact eliminates which of the four possible answer choices??
