If you give me a few seconds I could quickly brain storm some good ideas for you if you are willing to give me a few minutes(:
yes of course i will definitely wait no one else is helping me
Is this a compare and contrast, or just comparing one to the other?
just comparing
So some things I came up with that are different between the two are their life styles. Abraham Lincoln was nicknamed 'honest Abe' where as Julius Caesar was a player among women, and married 3 times. You can easily look up "Julius Caesar's Lifestyle" to get more of an idea. The two were born in very different eras of time and places, Julius Caesar for example was born in Rome, Italy, so of course they will have different backgrounds. On top of that, Julius Caesar was a dictator, not a president, and so they owned up to similar yet different positions. You can also look up Julius Caesar in google and it gives you a brief summary of his positions. That's what I have so far, but im going to keep looking for more differences for you(:
i need similarities not differences lol that's what contrast means
comparing is alike and contrast is different
I know :P Sorry >.< I know what you meant, I feel silly now >.< Im running on Caffeine. Well now that that is been wiped from my mind this is easier,
lol it's ok
i need an outline though so i can lean on that for my essay
How many paragraphs are we talking about?
3 pages
I know you need 3 pages but can I have an estimate or at least the minimum amount of paragraphs needed?
ik my teacher is out of her mind an i'm not sure how many paragraphs exactly
maybe like 8 or 9
Okay lol xD Sorry not trying to make this hard on you :P Just trying to get an idea so I can accurately help ya.
it's cool i understand
So obviously your 1st paragraph has to catch the reader's attention. So your second one should talk about who they were. What positions they filled once again Caesar and Lincoln were both leaders, talk about their titles. Your second should talk about their accomplishments, don't be afraid to go into detail. For example, both of them have their faces on coins. Even if their accomplishments were different or a bit different still include them, that way you are showing that even though they are similar they are still different and definitely their own men (or selves). For your 3rd you should describe how they died and the ages they died at, how they died etcetera. For your 4th talk about their personalities. They were both for example self determined.
Your THIRD should talk about their accomplishments, don't be afraid to go into detail. For example, both of them have their faces on coins. Even if their accomplishments were different or a bit different still include them, that way you are showing that even though they are similar they are still different and definitely their own men (or selves). For your FOURTH you should describe how they died and the ages they died at, how they died etcetera. For your FIFTH talk about their personalities. They were both for example self determined.
thanks :)
For your sixth talk about their home lives, they both had children. Even talk about their up bringing (Both worked other jobs before attaining the latter of success of their jobs) For your seventh start to conclude. Meaning bring any loose ties from throughout your paragraph and tie them together. Throw in random fun facts even about them. For your finale make short and sweet and not overly technical (:
