Question Related to OP-AMPS : the input of an OP-AMP in non-inverting configuration is V=5 sin(wt) and the gain is 11 . The biasing voltages for the OP-AMP are +15v and -15v . Will the output sine wave be clipped at 15 or not.

Yes, it will get clipped at +-15V, because the amplitude of the input sine wave, i,e., 5V will become 55V (multiplied by the gain of 11) in the output. Since the maximum output an opamp can deliver is its biasing voltage, it'll saturate.
