I do hope (and expect) that you'll put some effort into solving these problems.  You could, for example, explain what you have already thought of, or done, and ask for guidance to proceed beyond that point.$$1-2\sin ^{2}x=0$$  Think:  What have you done before in solving equations such as this one?

How would you solve 1-2x^2=0?  Sometimes it helps to start with an easier example.

Sounds like a very challenging situation. I'm glad you're here asking for help.  I do ask you to share whatever  you do know about these problems, however; I can't believe that you're totally clueless.

So, once again, how would you solve 1-2x^2=0?
