D. Biotic development

Whenever you use antibiotics. there is a slight chance that a species evolves by mutation or otherwise to be able to fight against the new antibiotic, and avoid it from destroying the cell walls. Hence this is not by human intervention but by selection pressure exerted upon by natural selection, developing the need for them to fight and evolve continually to survive.

the answer is d

DVreed96, wouldn't development be increase in complexity of an organism? Now i understand that development is necessary for survival, however isn't it indirectly natural selection as well? :/ *I understand that natural selection isnt completely natural here because its enforced to pressure by intervention by us* but still? :/

No
