The meaning behind the metaphor "to dwell in the possibility" is living with awareness and rationality. Its the belief that your choices and actions determine your life not fate. 
I actually like the meaning behind this metaphor, its a strong one. It basically asks you not to live in the "what ifs", its asking you to dream big but keep it real, something you can attain. Anything is possible, if you work hard for it
