I think it's the lack of air and extreme temperatures :D
Lack of air(oxygen) to breath and extreme temperatures( it is extremely cold in space but when near certain planets or objects like Venus and the Sun, it is extremely hot)
This is why astronauts have big space suits to protect them from the cold and built in air conditioner to fight the heat
