Function is a relation where one x value corresponds to only one y value. Since x=-1 corresponds to both y=0 and y=-1, it's not a function.
f(3) will be equal to 3*3+1 which is 10
That means when Diana practices tennis for 3 hours each day, she'll win 10 tennis matches each month.
(x,3x+1) will be the ordered pair because f(x)=3x+1
