While mRNA strands are being created a sequence is sometimes miscopied. What will be the effect of this on the cell? The damaged mRNA may cause cell death. Translation may not take place.(i think this one) Future transcription will not take place. Ribosomes may be destroyed.

@Alexaalexi do you know this?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

The damaged mRNA may cause cell death :D

OpenStudy (anonymous):

can u explain why?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

If a sequence of mRNA is miscopied, the effect may be that translation will not take place. It may start, but the protein product will be truncated if an inappropriate stop codon has been introduced or non- or differently functional depending on what sort of mutation has occurred :D

Translation may not take place u were right :D

i have 1 more if i make a neew question could you help?
