Of course :) I started the problem by rounding 2 3/4 to 3 and 13 3/4 to 14. Then I divided and got .21 which is the same thing as 21/100, just written as a faction instead. The actual answer can be found because 3/4 is the same thing as .75 when divided out. So the problem would look like 3.75/13.75. I just divided that to get .2. .2 is 2/10 (since the 2 was in the tens place) and that simplifies to 1/5 because both the numerator and the denominator can be divided by 2.
