Terms, or monomial, make up a polynomial expression. Monomials can be: 5, 2094, 6x, 92x^4. Ya get it. Polynomial combine monomials with sums and differences. So, 4x^2 + 8x - 92 is a polynomial expression.

You're welcome. And they can be identified by the degree. It might not be the only way, but it's the only way it comes to find. For example: x^3 - 8x + 5 has a degree of 3. It's whatever the highest power the variable has

OpenStudy (ipwnbunnies):

but it's the only way I can think of now** lol

OpenStudy (ipwnbunnies):

Err, well as I said, polynomials are made of monomials, or terms. You can break up polynomials to their terms. Not sure what you mean by interpret them.
