This is just a combination of a symbol and a latex. (latex should be used in equation editor) The latex is: \Huge\color{ lime }{ text } Where "lime" is the color that can be changed to any other color, like "blue" , "red" , "goldenrod" , "green" , "black" or any other color. In the blank cell, you can 1) Click and hold ALT 2) Click 9 4 5 (in the given order) 3) Release ALT. your text inside the equation editor will look like \Huge\color{ lime }{ ▒ } and in a reply it will look like like \[\Huge\color{ lime }{ ▒ }\]
