In a fat, triglyceride, if one of the tails is from saturated fatty acid and two are from unsaturated fatty acids, what kind of fat is it? I mean, if all of them where saturated, then the whole fat would be a saturated fat.

if there is at least one double bond between carbon atoms, it is unsaturated.

Hey, do you know if there is a difference in naming for the fat, in which all three of the fatty acids have a double bond and a fat in which just one of them has a double bond?
