Stars which contain mainly Hydrogen and little Helium, emit certain wavelengths. When stars are moving away with great speed, these wavelengths Are red-shifted, also wavelengths grow. It is like Doppler effect, But flow electromagnetic radiation.

So called 3 K radiation means that temperature of space is same in Every direction. So, space has inflated such a long time that it's Temperature has dropped near absolute zero.
