If you take any general point (x,y) on the parabola, the distance of the point from the focus will equal the distance of the point from the directrix. What is the distance between (x,y) and (0,-2)? What is the distance between (x,y) and y = 2? Equate the two distances and simplify.
You can also use the formulas given in the last question, and just work backwards.
