At first, the 2 bases (top and bottom I mean) would be 49π and 49π . Also, you know that the surface of the round of the cylinder is height times circumference. the circumference is 14π, and the height is 11. \(\Large\color{blue}{ \bf 49π+49π+(14π \times 11) ~~~~=? }\)
