Yes, this belongs in the mathematics section, not English. The formula you are looking for is \[M=\frac{ y2-y1 }{ x2-x1 }\] m being the slope. (remember that x,y is the order) and the first set would be 1 and the second would be 2, so \[\frac{ 0-3 }{ -3-2 }\]
