Oke, I have 1 question: How do i get my smart score up? I am at 59 but I want to go up to 99 how?
You have to be an active user on OpenStudy- by helping other users with their questions. :) and if you have done a good job answering their questions you might get a medal! :) But also fanning other users and writing testimonials can boost your OS score. But remember it's basically about being an active person on OpenStudy - you can't game the system and tell somebody to give you a bunch of medals because you want a higher SS. You have to rightfully deserve the medal :) ~ my advice would be keep helping other users with their questions. :)
You'll get your SmartScore up in the highest rate by increasing problem solving, which can be done by answering many questions and most important: getting a medal from the user who asked the question.
add 40 to it
Raising Problem Solving is probably the best way to go. But you just need to be an active user and help people with their questions as well as ask questions of your own. It also helps when you get fans, medals, or testimonials. linda3 explained it the best. Raising: Problem Solving~ Answer questions to an extent that helps the user. If they like your answer, you can get a medal which will raise the problem solving part of your SS faster. Engagement~ This is best done by asking questions, chatting, and coming to OpenStudy more days rather than less. Teamwork~ This is obviously when you're working with other people to help someone, and it also helps when you build relationships with people on OpenStudy by becoming their fan. This is what I've found works, but there are probably way more aspects to it. Right now you're problem solving is your lowest part of your SS. If you were to answer more questions, and then even get a medal, your SS should go up pretty drastically considering it's at 46. But, as you raise your SS, it becomes harder to raise. So, you can't expect to raise a SS every day or two once you get higher in the ranks.
Go with the flow :p, don't worry about it, help others and ask questions, and you'll get to it some day hehe, good luck!!
All these three people gave you great explanations, but you must also remember that a SmartScore won't tell people how friendly or smart you are. A level 59 user might have more knowledge than a level 99. ;)
